Working with Pleasure Pools was a fun & enyobale experience. We worked with Katherine on our design and layout. We have a big family and love to entertain. We shared with her what we wanted for size, seating in the pool, a hot tub, as well as a tanning ledge. It was so fun to work with her and makes changes real time with their software. Katherine was so patient with us until we got everything g exactly how we wanted it. Once construction of the pool began, they delivered everything as promised on time and more. The workmanship was perfect on our pool, the gorgeous decking and pool equipment. . The salt cell system works trouble free with minimal maintenance. Over the last three years they have been a phone call away answering any question and always ready to help. Phil even came by to correct a problem I was having and resolved it right away. We highly recommend Pleasure Pools! We could not be more satisfied with our pool and hot tub. Pleasure pools has been a PLEASURE!!

Pleasure Pools in Mandeville originally built our pool in 2011, and we recently returned to them for renovations. From the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. During our initial meeting with Kevin to discuss products and timelines, we had the pleasure of running into the owner, Charles, who expressed sincere appreciation for our continued trust in their company. Kevin was incredibly knowledgeable and honest throughout the entire process. He kept us well-informed at every stage, consistently reaching out via calls and texts to ensure we knew what to expect next. Phil also provided valuable insight, helping us understand which equipment needed replacement and why. We were equally impressed with their subcontractors, Karen, who handled the travertine work, was meticulous and attentive to every detail. Baldo and his crew demonstrated a strong work ethic and made sure the job site was always clean and orderly. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome of our renovations and highly recommend Pleasure Pools for both new installations and any renovation needs. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved for making this such a smooth and enjoyable experience—and for leaving us with a beautifully updated pool.
