Phil Palazzo – Service Manager
Pleasure Pools Service & Repair Department is led by our Senior Service Manager, Phil Palazzo. Phil began his journey here as a client when he contracted us to build a pool for his family. After expressing interest in the pool industry, it wasn’t long before he came on board as our Field Service Technician. With his ability to learn quickly, determination for perfection, and impeccable character, he flourished in his new career. Within a short period of time, he accepted his current position and is now a key member is the driving success of our business.

Mike Hart – Service Tech
Mike works under the direction of our Service Manager and is fully trained and certified as a Fluidra Brand Repair Technician. His capabilities include troubleshooting pump & filter issues, automatic pool cleaners, heaters & heat pumps, lights, saltwater chlorination systems, and automated control systems such as Aqualink and iAqualink. Just call our Service Department and Mike will show up in a fully stocked van ready to take care of all your pool service needs.
