6 Reasons to Choose Pleasure Pools
1. We Offer a Wider Range of In-house Services
Here at Pleasure Pools, we are departmentalized with each division (Administrative, Construction, Renovation, Service & Repair, and Pool Cleaning) lead by an experienced customer service-oriented manager to fulfill your every need. If your pool builder does not have these services in-house, they will be forced to outsource to a third-party who has no vested interest in your overall satisfaction.
2. Our Level of Experience & Training in the Pool Industry
We feel that the years of hands-on experience that we offer is unmatched in the community. Our owner, Charles Elfert, has been building pools for the past fifty years and is actively engaged in every project that we undertake. Our staff is consistently involved in various training and certification programs offer by industry leaders such as the Pool and Hot Tub Association (P.H.T.A) and the Fludria Academy. Presently we have been certified in the following areas:
- Professional Pool Operator (PPO) – certified to operate a commercial facility
- Certified Building Professional (CPB) – certified to build in-ground pools
- Certified Maintenance Technician (CMT) – certified to maintain swimming pools
- Certified Service Technician (CST) – certified to service swimming pool equipment
3. We Specialize in High-Tech, Energy Efficient Systems That Save Time and Money
From the beginning, we have always strived to construct the most effective, efficient pools available to our clients. Utilizing Saltwater Chlorine Generators, Electronic Remote-Control Systems, LED Lighting, Variable-Speed Pumps, Automatic Pool Cleaners, and Automated Actuators are all parts of our basic entry-level packages. While these options increase the initial cost of your pool, greater efficiency and reduced maintenance will provide you with a large dividend on a small investment.
4. Sequenced On-site Supervision and Quality Control Inspection
Each phase of construction is initiated by an Electronic Work Order sent to the Professional Phase Provider (sub-contractor) that includes a detailed plan showing exactly what is to be done and all materials to be used. It also includes a 3-D rendering of the finished product for reference. Our Construction Supervisor works closely with our Phase Providers to ensure that they have everything needed to complete the work. Upon completion, all work will be inspected by the Supervisor to assess Quality Control and adherence to the supplied plan.
5. We Provide Industry Approved & Sanctioned Start-up Procedures
Whether you are a first-time pool owner or have had past experience in taking care of a pool, your new pool will need the proper Start-up requirements to get it in operation. We adhere to the National Plaster Council (NPC) recommendations for starting up a new pool. This 30-day process involves special techniques and methods to ensure that chemicals are added in a way that will allow your system to function properly without compromising its integrity. Upon completion, we offer “Pool School” to all of our clients to familiarize themselves with the equipment and overall operation of their pool.
6. We Will Be Available After The Sale
We have a Full-time Service Division and Warehouse that is stocked with replacement equipment, parts, tile, coping, & decking should a situation arise in the future.
