I just wanted to take this time to formally thank you personally for the fantastic job you and your team did on my pool! From our first initial meeting to the completion of the project you have made the process stress free. I heard horror stories from so many people who had used other companies and had to assure myself that I would not endure such a bad experience like they did. It is almost unheard of to complete a project in under 6 weeks but you did it! Words cannot express how happy I am with the outcome and overall process. Having known you for quite some time I knew that you were a man of character and integrity. This definitely showed after seeing the completed product. I do believe it is a pool worthy of accolade and have already gotten many compliments on it. I know you pulled out all the stops for me to keep me in budget and happy. For this I am extremely grateful! I do joke with friends and say the only thing that didn’t actually go over budget was the pool.

I look forward me many years of enjoyment and would be more than happy to recommend you to any of my home buyers, friends, family, etc.

I wanted to take time to thank you and your team for doing such an outstanding job designing and constructing our pool. After reading and hearing horror stories of others who installed pools, we were quite apprehensive. From our first meeting with Brian Miller to our “pool school” with Conrad Meyer, every member of your team instilled confidence that we made the right choice in selecting Pleasure Pools. Brian was not a typical “pushy” salesman, but was laid back and easy to work with. He kept us informed at every stage of construction and answered our many questions with in-depth knowledge and aplomb. As with any large construction project, there are bound to be unforeseen delays but Brian was always on top of the situation. We were similarly impressed with the construction teams who did the excavation, plumbing, gunniting, and plastering. They all knew their jobs and wasted no motion in getting the job done efficiently.
We are extremely pleased with the total pool look and design. The pump and filter system is easy to maintain and has worked flawlessly from the beginning. We recently added a solar heater to the system and it was incorporated seamlessly without disruption. This is a credit to the Jandy product line and its selection by you for the pools you install. We also installed a screen enclosure around the pool and our contractor worked hand-in-hand with Brian during construction to schedule his work, again seamlessly integrating with the overall design.
All in all, every member of your team made the entire process as painless as possible.
